Misprint, print defect, transit damage, wrong item, or a lost package: send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint or refund it. Wrong size or a change of mind is not covered.

Wrong size or changed your mind? That is not covered. Use the size guide, then take 15% off a re-order.

Graphic tees are a soft, lightweight retail-fit jersey. If you are between sizes, size up. Portrait tees and the hero graphics are a relaxed heavyweight garment-dyed shirt; size down for a closer fit. Group and couple tees are a classic cotton fit. Labels are S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Mugs are 11oz, posters are 18x24, totes are one size, and digital goods are not mailed.

A graphic that matches the product page, a spin that did not award a discount, and a squad reward that is still waiting are not defects. Digital kits are files on the order page after payment. Store credit is not cash.
