Who we are

Zombies T-Shirts is the controller for the shop account data described here. Contact support@zombiestshirts.com. Printify is a processor for production and shipping of physical orders.

Photos, faces, and AI

The Zombify tool processes a face or pet photo to make a preview. That can include an image generator. You must check the consent box before upload. That consent covers biometric-style face data and pet photos in the sense of a BIPA-style notice: what we process, why, and how long we keep it.

Uploaded photos and previews are kept for 14 days unless you place an order. If you order, we keep the approved image with the order so we can make it and handle a misprint claim. We do not sell your photo as a training set.

Orders and messages

Checkout collects name, email, phone, and address so we can take payment and ship. A gift message is stored with the order. If you mark it as a gift, we leave prices off the packing slip.

Support messages go to the shop inbox or the on-site chat route. We use them to answer you.

First-party events and marketing pixels

After the page loads, this browser can tell Zombies T-Shirts which product you viewed, what you added, and whether you checked out, paid, or took a bundle, an add-on, the mug offer, or the smaller offer. We use that to measure those offers. It stays with the shop session on this device.

Meta, TikTok, and Google tags load only if you accept marketing cookies and only if the matching VITE_META_PIXEL_ID, VITE_TIKTOK_PIXEL_ID, or VITE_GA4_ID value is set. Essential-only leaves those tags unloaded. Browser error reporting (Sentry) loads when VITE_SENTRY_DSN is set, without marketing consent, and the client strips cookies, headers, user objects, and email addresses before send.

CCPA and GDPR requests

California residents can ask us to know, delete, or correct personal information, and can opt out of any sale or share. We do not sell personal information for money. Marketing pixels, if you accept them, can be a “share” under the CCPA. Use Essential only to opt out.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal bases are contract (orders and previews you request), consent (photo processing and marketing tags), and legitimate interests (securing the site and basic funnel counts). You can object, request access or erasure, and complain to your supervisory authority. Email support@zombiestshirts.com. We respond to verifiable requests.
