Shipping and Halloween dates
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only for now.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed after you order. Production takes about 2 to 5 business days, then US carrier transit is usually 3 to 8 business days. Express shipping is faster in transit.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $6.95 and free on orders of $60 or more. Express shipping is $14.95 and is available on ready-made designs; custom Zombify portrait prints ship standard only. Digital downloads have no shipping.
When do I need to order for Halloween 2026?
For US delivery before Halloween, order ready-made designs by October 16, 2026 with standard shipping or by October 20, 2026 with express shipping. Custom Zombify portrait prints ship standard only, so order those by October 16, 2026. After that, the Digital Undead Kit is an instant download.

How does Zombify work?
Upload a photo of a person or pet at zombiestshirts.com/zombify, pick a style, and see a gore-free zombie preview in seconds. You can add a short phrase. When you approve the preview, that exact file is what we print on your tee, hoodie, mug or other product.
Is the preview free?
Yes. The first preview is free and you never pay until you approve a design and check out. Another round of previews asks for an email address.
Can I put more than one person or pet on a shirt?
Yes. Extra faces are $8 each, and family portraits work with up to six faces.
What if the zombie does not look like them?
Tell us what is off before it prints and we remake it free.
What happens to the photos I upload?
You check a consent box before uploading. Photos are used only to make your preview with AI processing and are deleted after 14 days unless you order. See our privacy policy for details.
Are the designs gory?
No. Everything we make is gore-free: grey skin, milky eyes and messy hair, with no blood or wounds.
Materials, sizing and care
What are the shirts made of?
Our tees are soft unisex jersey tees from brands such as Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors and Gildan; hoodies and crewnecks are cotton/polyester fleece blends. Each product page names the exact garment.
How are the designs printed?
Apparel is printed direct-to-garment, so the ink goes into the fabric and feels soft. Mugs are 11 oz or 15 oz ceramic with the print on both sides.
How do the sizes fit?
Apparel uses unisex sizing. Most people order their usual unisex or men’s size; size up one for a relaxed fit. Each product page lists its available sizes.
How do I wash a printed shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.
Orders, returns and payment
What is your return policy?
Everything is made to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. A misprint, transit damage, the wrong item or a lost package is reprinted or refunded from a photo sent within 30 days of delivery, and nothing needs to be mailed back. A wrong size can be reordered at 15% off.
How do I pay?
Checkout is through PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards and, where eligible, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Pay Later.
Do you have bundle discounts?
Yes. Two items save 10% and three or more save 15%.
